It is assumed that the booklet has been created, opened in the application of choice and the printer properties have been set to print a booklet. If this is not the case follow the instructions ‘How to print a booklet’ before viewing this clip.
Before you release the booklet ensure that the right size paper is in the correct tray. In this example Tray 1 should have A4 paper, Tray 2 A3 paper and the Bypass Tray would have your special paper. This means you can make sure everything is in place before you release the job to print.
